Challenge Update

I've been bad at staying off the phone this week while I'm outside. Its been hard because there's been so much to do, and I just had to get it done. But I realize that I feel like I've gotten no down time, my mid feels like it's still working and like I don't even remember the last few minutes if I'm on my phone in transit. And I'm missing Fall! It's terrible!

It's not worth it. If I can avoid it I want to redouble my efforts to stay off the phone when outside so I don't miss this:

  1. I love that idea of trying to stay off your phone while outside! It's simple and doable instead of trying to say no phones any time! I definitely might copy your idea because I don't want to miss fall either! Thanks!

  2. AMEN. I totally agree with you and have recently set some goals to help me in being on my phone less. It's so hard when it's such a mindless thing we do. I think it's awesome to be intentional about how much screen time we have!

  3. I should try this! It is so hard cause I wanna take pictures of so much! But I can see how cool it is to help you connect more with what is going on around you :)

  4. That's such a cool goal! It's something measurable and attainable. I may just have to try staying off my phone while I'm outside!

  5. Such a great goal. It's so hard because you want to take pictures and really capture the beauty that's around you but at the same time it's important to just keep your phone in your pocket. Because a picture of scenery posted on Instagram is never as beautiful as how you see it in real life.
